Eligibility Criteria for DAAD Helmut-Schmidt-Programme (Master’s Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance - PPGG):
Applicants must:
- Be graduates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Have obtained their degree with above-average grades (typically in the upper third of their class).
- Have practical experience relevant to the program, such as:
- Professional employment
- Internships
- Political or social commitment
- Be willing to contribute actively to the social, political, and economic development of their home countries or regions.
