- Be enrolled full-time in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at NAU’s College of Nursing.
- Not be enrolled as Graduate Certificate (Grad Cert) students.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) during the scholarship period.
- Be an Arizona resident and/or hold tribal citizenship from one of the 22 federally recognized Native American tribes and their reservations.
- Show a strong commitment to the health of Arizona citizens and express a desire to work in Arizona, especially in mental health prevention and treatment in rural or underserved areas.
